Southern Shiver peaks: Now you arrive in the mountains once more. Note what you need for the armor here and once you have the materials and money, you may want to buy it. I strongly suggest the projectld online gold headpiece.

If you’re financially wealthy (50K+) then you’ll want to wait until you reach either the Granite Citadel or Marhan’s Grotto and buy the 15K armor there.

Stat-wise there is no differential in the armor, but the 15K armor looks much better and likely you won’t need any money for anything else since your weaponry will come from collectors.

Take the southern exit in Droknar’s Forging and continue southbound until you reach Port Sledge.  A new skill trainer is here and not much of anything else.

Travel back to Droknar’s this will put you in Talus Chute - and take the northern exit and then head north and east, you’ll find the mission Ice Caves of Sorrow this is not a required mission and is a difficult one, so you may want to just bypass it unless you can find a good group. 

Travel back to Droknar’s and take the northern exit once again, continue traveling northwest and you’ll come across Camp Rankor. Another skill trainer is here, and again, not much else. Zone back out into Talus Chute and head dead east, after a long walk you’ll end up in the Ice Dome zone.
